Since 2007, I have had the pleasure and opportunity to help my clients with the experience of buying and selling their homes. Recently I earned and completed the RENE - Real Estate Negotiation Expert designation that is recognized throughout the continent. Consistently upgrading my mind and skill sets is something that is extremely important to me so I can provide the best service to my clients to empower us all to keep levelling up. With my years of experience and passion for helping people increase their wealth through real estate, I'd love to assist you and your family make an informed decision during your next purchase and sale. North Simcoe to Muskoka; Bracebridge, Huntsville, Gravenhurst and the Lake of Bays areas ~ I'll be your city to country connection! During my 16 year career (and counting) I've had the opportunity to renovate, own and operate several successful rental properties across bustling markets in Southern and Northern Ontario. Fun fact: I purchased my first home on my own at 24 by utilizing the RRSP Home Buyer's Plan. After 5 years of renovating it and adding a rental suite to offset the mortgage payments, it doubled in value! After selling that first house, I was able to purchase a triplex next, again all on my own. It’s a process with risks and rewards and also a reminder that anything is possible. The process just keeps going from there. Investing in long term goals and plans is what I want to help you do too!

When I'm not working as a full time real estate agent, you can find me with my family enjoying all Muskoka has to offer. My favourite places to be are on the lake in a kayak, reading in the library or digging in my organic gardens. You can also find me supporting my community through sponsoring and volunteering at local events. Even getting my hands dirty helping out at Habitat for Humanity home builds and planting trees for the local conservation authorities.  

Growing up I was fortunate enough to spend many weekends at family and friend's cottages in the Muskoka/Parry sound areas, falling in love with the peaceful scenery as a backdrop for an active, outdoor lifestyle. Muskoka has been my year round home for the last 5 years with my young family. We have recently renovated and sold a waterfront property gaining an immense amount of knowledge during the process! I am so thankful to be able to share my insight and experiences with my clients. Learning from each other's mistakes can save us all a lot of time, money & headaches!
